Jiangsu Union-Ligu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, formerly known as Ningbo Union-Ligu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, has been committed to the production of diesel engine components since its establishment in 2017. With the continuous expansion of production scale and the growth of business needs, we have successfully completed the relocation of the machining workshop from Ningbo city to Changzhou city at the end of 2023 on the basis of retaining the old site of foundry in Ningbo.
The foundry covers an area of 10,000 square meters and has 200 employees, including 20 professional and technical personnel. Our annual output reaches 12,000 tons per year. To meet the diversified, high standard market demand, our material grades cover full series, include gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, vermicular cast iron, alloy cast iron.
The machining workshop now covers an area of 13,500 square meters, with spacious and modern production plants and advanced machining equipment. We have a team of 65 talented employees, including 6 highly experienced engineers. We mainly engaged in black and colored metal casting and forging parts machining and production. In terms of production capacity, we have an annual output of 3,000 pcs cylinder heads, 3,000 sets of connecting rods and various types of diesel engine accessories, fully meeting the broad needs of the market.
JiangSu Union Bearing Co., Ltd was established in 2001, a professional and experienced manufacturer for bearing shell. We specialize in the production of bearing shell, bush and thrust ring of various copper-lead alloy, aluminum-tin alloy and babbitt alloy. In order to meet the stringent global requirements for environmental protection, we developed a new technology for lead-free plating and PVD surface treatment of the bearing in 2016, which not only meets the environmental requirements, but also significantly increases the service life of the bearing. At present, the company has 52 employees, 10 of whom are engineers, who are committed to constantly innovating and optimizing products to meet the higher expectations of the market
